Quick Summary

You get your Closing Disclosure at least three business days before closing, with your final numbers. On closing day you sign a lot of pages, but most you have already seen. You will need a cashier's check or wire for your funds, never a personal check. Then the loan funds, the title transfers, and you get your keys.

Closing day is coming, and if you've never done this before, it can feel like a lot. Here's what to expect.

At least three business days before closing, you'll get your Closing Disclosure. That's your final numbers: loan terms, monthly payment, and closing costs. We'll review it together before you sit down at the table.

On closing day you'll sign a lot of documents, often 100 pages or more. But most of it you've already seen. No surprises.

You'll need a cashier's check or wire transfer for your down payment and closing costs. Have it ready ahead of time, and never use a personal check.

Then the lender funds the loan, the title transfers, and you're a homeowner with your keys. Questions about your closing? Call, text, or message me anytime.
